Description : 2023 was a year that was particularly difficult for all Quebec farmers. Frost, floods, drought. On the night of May 17th to 18th 2023, we lost 90% of our harvest all at once. We made this special 2023 vintage from a blend of the rare apples that we were able to harvest. We hope you will enjoy!
