  • Description : 2023 was a year that was particularly difficult for all Quebec farmers. Frost, floods, drought. On the night of May 17th to 18th 2023, we lost 90% of our harvest all at once. We made this special 2023 vintage from a blend of the rare apples that we were able to harvest. We hope you will enjoy!

  • Description: Crackling cider aged in oak casks, giving it a white wine feel. Aromas of strawberries and blackberries, with a touch of Madagascar vanilla and hazelnuts.

  • Description: A nod to John Chapman, aka Johnny Appleseed, who greatly contributed to the spread of apple trees in America in the 1800s. Dry and sparkling cider.

  • Description: These pretty migrants announce spring, like this fresh and tannic cider. Thanks to our now pesticide-free production management, birds are once again happy in the orchard and we wanted to celebrate with an acrobatic cider like the flight of swallows!
